It would be nice if on the monitor and delivery nodes, we can right-click, and there be an option to open explorer to that location that is entered into the "Folder: " section of the node.

Ahhhh thanks emcodem, makes sense. Although, It is weird, does it do it with all names? Because it seems to only do it with those symbols. Without the symbols, seems to always work? Do you know why that is?

It happens directly on all interface IPs including loopback and seems to occur after a reboot. Once the host network service is restarted its fine.
