Hi all!

I am new to FFAStrans, but have set up a workflow as following:
Watchfolder --> Decoder --> Encoder --> Delivery
It is supposed to be very simple, drop a file in a folder, decode it, encode it and write to another folder.

Whatever I do I get this error when the workflow starts to encode ...
