Hi

I have set up a watch folder and one of my colleagues drop a file like below into the folder, and the encoder starts but stalls at analyzing properties at 4/5.
The workflow settings are below the file info:


Video
ID : 2
Format : AVC
Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec
Format profile : Main@L4 ...
