XDCAM formats

Hi. I wonder if will be possible in future ffastrans version to add other XDCAM formats, with the possibility to select bitrate (25/35/50Mb), frame size, profile&level, color sampling (420/422), compression (CBR/VBR), framing rate, audio sampling rate.

Hi. Maybe I'm wrong but during conversion I expected that bar progress to be at, for example, 60% (see attached picture) not at 100% always.

Minor bug - Progress bar in Monitor window is always at 100%.
