Fade in/out Audio always enabled

Hi!
I created a workflow with a video fade/out, but despite the Fade Audio is unchecked, it still fades in.
My current version is 1.3.0.2

Hm, it's me brain farting long time ago!
This filter has not got any attention at all and it simply looks like enabling/disabling audio/video ended unfinished. So I will finish it properly for the next release.

Also please check on your side for this issue:
The output video has wrong length with the fade effect applied.
With my tests, the file, that was processed with fade and then converted to the DVCPRO, produces output file 2 frames longer. Same workflow with the fade bypassed produces correct length.

I have now addressed this issue in the upcoming 1.3.1 update.
