Hey @mrazik

not sure how it was in ffastrans 2015 but i tend to say that mapping whatever input you have to mono tracks is now standard behaviour if you set your encode processor to output mono tracks. Do you see different behaviour? Can you send a minimal example source file and workflow that causes the behaviour?
emcodem, wrapping since 2009 you got the rhyme?
