Done, and I've set the monitor/delivery folders (accepting .webm). I started the process but nothing seems to happen.

What do you mean, the conversion does not start at all? If so, you can try and submitt a file or reset the workflow (rightclick on the workflow in the workflow pane).

I've just tried a simple monitor->convert to gif using "Custom FFmpeg"->deliver workflow, and it works.

I've reset and submitted a .webm file, but the converted file doesn't appear in the delivery folder.

Ok, have you tried creating a .gif file from your .webm files using ffmpeg.exe in command prompt?

hello. I'm trying to get this method to work but unfortunately I cannot get it to work

I've used custom FFmpeg, and I have tried to follow the above thread but unfortunately it doesn't work.

This is the message I get:

encoding gif muxer supports only a single video GIF stream
