Re: A/V Media@Decoders help file typo.

I appreciate it's boring, but I think you also appreciate how vital documentation is! This typo is meaningless, just wanted this to be perfect. The documentation is great and I certainly read all of it and I thank you for having it here. Without it I would not have the positive experience with the p...

A/V Media@Decoders help file typo.

Just a bit of copy paste issue in the help files. This says "audio" when it should say "video".

Re: Youtube problem and solution

I expected nothing less, actually. You are great and this is a great product. I sound like an evangelist, but... Anyway. Great product, cannot recommend it enough!

Youtube problem and solution

Hello all, so I tried to use the YouTube downloader with a workflow of Folder monitor -> YT decoder -> h264 -> folder delivery. Nothing worked, errors were first "No video or audio found in media" when I was attempting to provide a YT URL instead of a file. I then read up more and found that I can d...

Re: New user experience (in steps)

Long time no post. but that is actually when I finished. Using the very latest version, I setup a DNxHD200 codec with MOV container to H264 codec with MP4 container watchservice, using a lot of past configuration which helped me remember the commands and configuration options (had forgotten). A coup...

Re: New user experience (in steps)

I will work with an editor specialist friend to see what MC is doing wrong. As for the versions, I'm not on what you stated: FFAStrans.exe 0.9.0.47 processors.exe 0.9.0.17 exe_manager.exe 0.9.0.12 (this one matches what you specified) def_runner.exe 0.9.0.6 rest_service.exe 0.9.0.12 (and this one ma...

Re: New user experience (in steps)

and more weirdness... I went into my project in MC, the Source Setting for the AMA linked file is 1920x1080, the transcoded file is also reporting 1920x1080, and the settings for export also specify 1920x1080... :( I think I'm loosing my mind! Here are all the media and the export settings... https:...

Re: New user experience (in steps)

ok... sorry for my outburst, but I had much higher expectations on this. Maybe I shouldn't and my inexperience in this field is to blame. I never expected a 1080p 60 project would "corrupt" my resolution. Others might argue it's not corruption, but I see it this way. This has nothing to do with FFAS...

Re: New user experience (in steps)

Thank you! Files uploaded. Source.mp4 - the result of the recording. MCExport.mov - The export from Media Composer, after the source.mp4 had been AMA linked and transcoded into DNxHD200. FFAStransProducedMP4.mp4 - what FFAStrans wrote from the MCExport.mov with the settings I specified in my previou...
