Re: email processor

Tested and approved !!!
it works great. In reality, I inserted only one populate node on one branch and put the conditional just after the Hold processor.
I would say thank you to Emcodem and momocampo for their precious help.

email processor

Hi all I have a workflow with 3 branch (for 3 different transcode) and when it is completed I would like to send an email. I have put a "hold" processor to wait for each branch at the end of the encode process. after that,I delete the source file and at the top end I send an email. My pb is that FFA...

Re: Watch Folder_Wait for File Copy to complete

Hi Erik

this is a strange problem, I'am using many workflow like that (copy file in a watch folder for encoding) and I have no issue even with big file (more than 50 Go)
As momocampo said, check growing file and once :)

Re: FFASTrans - FranceBB & Algie Custom Workflows

Hi !!

thank you very much for sharing your workflows.
Just a question : is it possible to have a 0.9.4 FFASTrans version (If you still have it of course) ?

thank you.

Re: FFAStrans hardware configuration

Hi steinar

thanks you for your help. I still did a lots of test and it appears now clearly that this speed issue is with QT-plugin.
If I input directly the same file, I get x12 speed with nvenc :-)
That is very impressive.

Re: FFAStrans hardware configuration

Hi Emcodem I am looking for advice or something to speed up the H264 encoding as the demand is increasing very quickly because many editors and chef are at home. In my workflow, I'am not using any filter before the H264 processor. Here is a screenshot of my H264 processor settings. https://zupimages...

Re: FFAStrans hardware configuration

Hi all fisrt of all, I hope you are all fine, you and your family during this very complex covid19 situation. I would like to share with you my first test with GPU encoding. I have installed a Quadro K4200 in my computer with the last driver available from Nvidia I tested to transcode DNxHD120 inter...

Re: FFAStrans hardware configuration

Perhaps one way to go is to have a check box in the H264 processor node to have the choice to use GPU or not.
In adobe media encoder you can choose between CPU or GPU for example.

Re: FFAStrans hardware configuration

Hi I think you have a very good result because the resizing process is more efficient with the GPU than with the CPU. Have you tested to encode your 1080p MPEG stream into a 1080p H264 file with GPU and CPU to see which is faster could someone share a simple ffmpeg command for H264 using nvidia GPU ...
